* Rider Consulting has worked with Bethel Community Services Foundation since 2004, when the Foundation converted from being a supporting foundation for a non-profit social service agency to being a community foundation. Rider Consulting works with BCS Foundation on endowment and donor advised fund policies and procedures, Individual Development Accounts, and feasibility of capital projects.

* In 2007-08, Mary Elizabeth worked with the Alaska Community Foundation www.alaskacf.org to develop its Community Asset Building Initiative, supporting seven small Alaskan communities in developing their local community endowments and creating the infrastructure within the Alaska Community Foundation to support them. This initiative is sponsored by the Rasmuson Foundation www.rasmuson.org, which offered a 2:1 match along with training and technical assistance through the Alaska Community Foundation.
